Infrastructure Technical Architect/Networks SME
We at Jefferson Frank are currently supporting a large IT consultancy in search for an SC Cleared Infrastructure Technical Architect/Networks SME.
The candidate must have an active SC Clearance.
The role of the Project Technical Architect is to be a subject matter expert in their chosen discipline. To define, validate and provide cost solution for projects and bids in scope with customer requirements. Provide leadership within the technical and project teams.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Initial 3 month contract
Rate: £650+/Inside IR35
Location: Onsite - Either Reading/Bridgend
Key activities of Infrastructure Technical Architect/Network SME:
- Develop and own Low-Level Designs in line with High Level Designs.
- Carry out peer review of LLDs
- Lead Technology Focus Groups to advise on best practices.
- Provide pre-sales support and cost estimates on designs, transitions and implementations.
- Mentoring to enable knowledge and skill transfer to less experienced colleagues
- Provide On-Call and perform Out of hours change work.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies
- Provided solution governance within the infrastructure development life cycle
