Description
Large consultancy with a busy project portfolio require a contract Business Readiness Co-ordinator for a long term assignment.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the Business is ready to adopt changes arising from one of their Cyber Security Programmes. This will involve working with teams across the business and associated third parties.
You will be supporting the Business Readiness team to plan and deliver Business Readiness Activities.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Support the definition of business readiness plans for the deliverables agreed, to cover, but not limited, to training and communications, MI, documentation, and literature update
- Co-ordinate the activities of many of the support areas ie, training, communications, test etc. to help support delivery of business readiness, support the Business Readiness Working Group, managing risks and issues, managing actions, and preparing reports.
- Support goes live activity & help the business to transition to BAU.
- Manage issues and control the project mailbox.
- Assist with the scheduling and tracking of the rollout of cyber initiatives.

Technical Knowledge/Experience
- Ideally knowledge/previous experience working within a Business Change/Readiness role.
- Ideally knowledge of CRM systems
