Job Description:
- Cybersecurity Experience
Key Skills required:
- Helpdesk/Internal Customer - Facing experience
- Dealing with difficult customers (+issue resolution)
- Genuine interest/Seeking a career in CyberSec
- MI/Excel moderate skill level
- They will manage a cso mailbox purely to route emails to correct CSO team.
- They will look for keywords in email and check vs keywords provided by CSO team to identify the best target team for the request
- Likely they will need to resolve misrouted requests and deal professionally with frustrated internal customers
