1st Line Support Engineer (Onsite)
My highly established, Reading based client is urgently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to provide technical support on the Service Desk on an initial 2 month contract with possibility of extension.
As part of the IT Support team you will be the first response answering, logging and resolving support calls (phone, email, face-to-face).
1st Line Support Engineer
The successful Candidate will have good exposure to Windows 10, MS Office suite, Windows PC administration, but also have Active Directory (setting up users, groups, permissions is essential).
Please note this role does fall inside of IR35.
