Description
Were looking for 7 desktop Support Engineer to join the team, you will maintain the network and IT equipment for the client. Our client engineers & designs products for customers therefore ensuring the maintenance of the network and IT equipment is essential. The desktop engineer will have to coordinate with Corporate IT/Site Admin team to resolve issues, prioritise initiatives and planned activities for various teams.
Job Reasonability's
Working onsite resolving 1st/2nd line fixes such as managing AD groups resolving escalated issues from Service Desk etc. Also required for IMAC work swapping out hardware such as Desktop/Laptop, printers and peripherals and also mobile devices. Providing a desktop function on client site, standard Microsoft environment supporting in a 2nd line capacity.
Skills Required:
Standard Desktop, Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Exchange, ServiceNow (or other ITSM). Need good in person customer support skills if you've done similar in person roles such as 1st line and 2nd line support that would be at your advantage.
