Junior System Administrator- Servers, Networking, Storage- London
My client is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join there High-performance Computing Team.
Key Skills:
Rack mounting new Servers, network Switches, storage blocks.
Deploying cabling and appropriate labelling of the computer equipment to a very high standard.
Relocating computer equipment as needed by projects.
Updating the inventory database.
Provide ongoing maintenance and repair of computer equipment in the Data Centre.
Handling deliveries of computer equipment to and from Data Centre.
Managing the computer equipment storage area and build space. Keeping everything organised and tidy.
Monitoring the operation of the machine and use of the machine and making sure health & safety procedures are followed.
Must be able to work in a low-oxygen environment when working in the Data Centre.
