Skype/Teams SME Infrastructure Engineers (SC Cleared)

We are currently recruiting for a number of Security Cleared Infrastructure Engineers for a central government programme with a focus on Skype/Teams in contact centre support.
The successful team will be responsible for:
- 3rd Line Support for Skype for Business, Skype Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Providing operational readiness activities aligned to Microsoft Teams along with supporting services such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
- Providing suggestions and improvements on incident management and troubleshooting processes within lower lanes
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Teams support and operational ownership
- Engage with other architecture and engineering teams to deliver on Microsoft Teams conferencing design and support.
