My client is looking for an experienced Power Platform Implementation Consultant who is able to design, implement and govern the framework on the implementation of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
The Microsoft Power Platform CoE Starter Kit is a collection of components and tools that are designed to help you get started with developing a strategy for adopting and supporting Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

We understand that the Power Platform is quite vast in its uses, providing access to organisation data for users or processes to consume.

Such a powerful tool requires governance to ensure:
Organisation data is not intentionally or intentionally leaked.
Business-critical functions and processes are adhered to and supported
Automation's interface with business systems in a secure, predictable, and approved manner
Automation's meet minimum security and design requirements that satisfy industry standards and IT Security guidelines

The successful candidate will ensure the following;

- Existing environments are examined and based on the discovery workshop; news ones created. All abiding by an agreed and defined deployment architecture encompassing (but not limited to) governance, monitoring alert and reporting

- Installation of the Centre of Excellence Tool Kit and all required components recommended by the supplier, Microsoft, and key stakeholders. Installation is expected to be documented and tested by the supplier, with further testing as required by key stakeholders to satisfy use cases.

- High- and low-level documentation detailing implementation, configurations, DLP Policies, Strategies, guidance for power platform admins and citizen developers, re-useable templates

- Training for stakeholders CoE Team' identified in the discovery workshop. At a minimum, this will consist of representation from the M365 IT Team and Citizen Developers. Expected activities will include how to efficiently use all installed modules, guidance on how to create test and release apps through the various environment types and release change processes, adhere to best practice ensuring compliance security are maintained.

You will be required to assist the client with specific modules within the process of CoE;

- User adoption
- Nurturing
- Data leakage Prevention

The successful will have the following skills and experience

- Power Platform certification - highly desirable
- Experience of implementing the CoE toolkit
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experienced with developing and delivering power platform design and documentation
