Job title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Bristol | Hybrid working
Clearance: SC required
Contract: 6 months
Pay: £600-£700 per day inside IR35

As an Application Support Engineer, you will work amogst a team that carries out a mixture of application development and support within a sensitive operational area of a national Law Enforcement Agency.
The core responsibility will be to maintain and support mission critial application and data delivery services. Additional responsibilities can range from designing and building bespoke applications to solve complex problems and assisting the customer team with troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues.
These applications provide exposure to:
- Oracle DB
- Docker (with Docker Swarm)
- Elastic Stack
- Typescript/React/Node
- Go
- Prometheus/Grafana
- ESRI Maps
- Ansible/Jenkins
It is helpful to have experience with all of the technologies above, however training can be provided if needed.
