ERP Analyst - 6 months - Hybrid working - Inside IR35
Day rate - Circa £450
Harvey Nash's private sector client are currently looking to recruit an ERP Analyst to join their team based in Glasgow/remote for an initial 6 month period.
Main Duties:
- Working with users of the M3 Cloudsuite to analyse and resolve their issues..
- Monitoring multiple Cloudsuite environments to make sure they are performing as expected including daily checks on each of the tenants.
- Event and Alert creation, management, and monitoring including working to resolve any issues highlighted.
- Managing system data which includes purging data and transferring data between environments using data migration tools and API's.
- Monitoring and debugging workflows and integration issues within the environments.
- Working with a variety of teams to debug integration issues that can cross multiple applications.
- Review proposed changes to make sure they will not have a negative impact on the Cloudsuite environments.
- Deploying new software and extensions into the tenants with a key focus on protecting the service.
- Configure and maintain Infor OS system security and implement security measures to safeguard the environments
Essential Skills:
- Experience of performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms.
- Experience working with Azure desirable.
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in fast moving and challenging environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and procedures.
