Description
Role: Lead Network Architect
Contract Length: 6 months
Day Rate: £650 - £700
IR35: Inside
Location: WFH mainly - 2-3 days per month in yorkshire
Minimum Requirement:
- Essential
o Network solution architect/tech architect who has Designed DNS solutions previously
o Experience at Big enterprise orgs
o Experienced in DNS architecture/implementing solutions/assessing options
o Can engage with suppliers.
o Proactive, willing to learn, able to discuss things with stakeholders,
o Experience in delivering multi-vendor Network infrastructure and an in-depth knowledge of network principles, technology and architecture in particular with AnyCast/ECMP balancing for simple UDP request/response services such as DNS. AWS, TOGAF
o Experience of architecting large-scale solutions on cloud and/or private hosting arrangements
Desirable:
o AWS cloud exp useful.
o Bind tech and bird Routers/AnyCast/ECMP.
o Knowledge of HSCN is a bonus
