Glocomms are currently working with nationally recognized client in France who were in search of a Network and Security Architect that holds extensive experience in VXLAN.Job Description:
Client: Retail Sector
Role: Network & Security Architect
Start Date: End of July
Contract Length: 12 months renewable
Location: Remote - punctual visits to site in Massy (1-2 times per month)
Context: Project is a refresh of all their inter-site networking using VXLAN which is based around Cisco Technologies
Overview:
Under the direction of a project manager the profile will join a team of architects that will take in charge the Architecture and design of the refresh project as well as the migrations of the firewalls onto these new sites
- Design / Conception / Architecture
- Redaction of documentation (HLD / LLD, Documents of Architect [DAT], Documents of Exploitation [DEX])
- Recommendation of new architectures
- Recommendation and Optimization of architectures already in place
- Modeling, validation and documentation of solutions
- Implementation and optimization of technical infrastructures
