Brookwood is helping a banking company recruit an RPA Support Analyst, and the role comes with a contract daily rate of £400 (Inside IR35).In this Embedded software engineer RPA Support Analyst role, you will assist the team in the delivery of various changes.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Assist in server acquisition, software installation, patch releases and upgrades
- Assist in the support of production services including fixes, query resolution, etc
- Build good relationships with vendors, business teams and various other IT teams as required
- Assist with the analysis and documentation of new requirements, changes, and fault fixes - including route cause analysis.
To apply, you will need a working knowledge of automation systems, eg Appian, RPA Robotics, Tosca, etc.
Additional requirements include:
- Analysis skills with experience of the project life cycle
- Excellent communication, planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and deliver within limited timescales.
