Title: SAP DC Payroll Consultant
Location: Worthing, UK
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
- Working as part of the Client functional HCM team, the individual will act as a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant involved in the design, quality assurance, build and maintenance of both existing and new solutions in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors product suite.
- Contribute expert Payroll knowledge to customer steering groups, project meetings, impacting sessions, user groups, workshops, etc.
- Use extensive experience to help inform Client and customer as to possible SAP futures.
- Demonstrate expert configuration of SAP HCM Payroll in accordance to accepted industry standards.
- Help team to maintain/monitor Live systems in line with SLA/ITIL.
- Investigate and resolve complex problems/incidents in the existing estate.
- Test solutions built and/or altered in accordance with account standards to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Produce high quality documentation (Proposals, Project Plans, Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, Workbooks, Test Artefacts, etc.).
- Mentor/train colleagues helping to build team capability.
- Impact work thereby illustrating likely time and resource taken to complete.
- Work to planned timescales within agreed cost and quality criteria.
- Working with Local Leadership Team help manage and plan direction of team and solutions.
- Play an active part in continuous/process improvement of both SAP solutions and the processes/procedures that support those solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Multiple project/client experience in SAP HCM UK Payroll. Experience on projects designing, building/configuring, testing and implementing Payroll and a range of other HCM modules(PA, OM, Time Management, Travel Management, Self-Services, etc.) modules.
- SAP HCM UK Payroll - Business and Technical (Configuration and Schema) knowledge including RTI, PAE, SxP, Pensions, etc.
- SAP HCM Self-Service - Employee/Managers Self-Service, HR Renewal and UI5.
- SAP Evolving Technologies - Sufficient knowledge of things like UI5, Fiori Apps, Analytics, Other SuccessFactors Modules, Payroll Control Centre, etc. to help advise our customers to possible futures.
Must Have
- SAP HCM (on-premise) - Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Self-Services/HR Renewal, Workflow and Travel Management.
- SuccessFactors (cloud) - PMGM and WFA (both live) with Employee Central expected in the future.
- Collaboration Tools - Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Problem solving and creativity skills, Honesty and Integrity, Eagerness to learn, Drive and energy, Professional appearance.
- Knowledge of HMRC business.
