Description
Contract Azure DevOps Engineer with very strong JavaScripting skills & experience (writing ADO's in JavaScript) required for a long-term assignment with our Global client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support of, and continuous improvements relating to, a range of data products and corresponding cloud platform (Azure). This includes routine support activities and documentation or service improvements impacting the customers' business directly or indirectly. The service will benefit from someone with experience supporting data solutions hosted in a Cloud environment. Ultimately, a DevOps Engineer is required to foster more integration between development and operations thereby, increasing the efficiency in our service offerings and delivery. The preferred candidate will need to be hands-on and someone who takes ownership in getting tasks implemented. The DevOps Engineer is accountable for optimizing automation systems that helps to improve our service delivery. The DevOps Engineer will support the delivery of data products with quality and attention to detail.
You will have significant and current experience of working in an Azure DevOps role and have very strong JavaScript skills and be able to write ADO Extensions in JavaScript.
