2. Design electro mechanical components and assemblies
3. Design plastic single use parts.
4. Complete tolerance stack-ups
5. Lead in the development of Test Plans and Protocols
6. Execute characterization tests and draft test reports
7. Actively participate as part of a multi-skilled development team
8. Lead Root cause analysis of engineering problems.
9. Develop innovative solutions to engineering problems
10. Construct prototypes; evaluate and document their performance; identify possible improvements
11. Create and implement suitable tests to verify designs meet requirements
12. Lead and Support Technical Reviews for New Product Reviews and Sustaining Product Reviews
13. Responsible for recording and sharing technical knowledge gained with colleagues.
14. Adhere to design control and risk management policies.
