RWA Validation Analyst- Rate: £570 per day (Inside IR35)

Assignment Description
Our client in the financial sector is looking for a RWA Validation Analyst who will be conducting the end-to-end validation process and will be responsible for supporting the rollout of the system's solution.
Responsibilities
- Contribute towards defining the project validation approach, considering all change impacts including people, process and technology
- Partner with various programme workstreams, including requirement, design and delivery, to enable the transition of programme deliverables from workstreams into business as usual processes
- Support the validation and testing leads in defining and executing the programme test strategy
- Facilitating activities to enable effective implementation and mitigate risk and issues e.g. stakeholder engagement, set up of new teams, training and communication
- Work within a team of change & implementation analysts
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Validation/Test/Data/System Analyst
- Technical Language background i.e. GCP, SQL, Python, Azure
- Credit risk and RWA knowledge
- Having previous experience of working within teams towards a collective overall goal
