Desktop Support Engineer
Huddersfield
3 Month Contract
£20-£25 per hour via Umbrella
My client seeks an individual with experience working in a similar position for the role of Desktop Support Engineer.
As expected with a role of this nature, candidates will be able to provide Desktop/PC Support on Windows 10, O Apps, E-mail, Citrix. Mobile devices, iPads etc. Candidates should also be proficient in Installing, Upgrading, Configuring & Supporting Hardware/Software, use of Asset Management Systems and in Providing Remote/Onsite Support.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate high levels of experience and exposure to Central Management Tools (ie CMCB/SCCM), Security Compliance, ITSM Toolsets, Remote Support Tools/Applications and working within a fast-paced environment previously.
Candidates should be dynamic, demonstrate excellent written/verbal communication skills, be a team player, be self-driven and have excellent Troubleshooting/Problem Solving skills to work within a challenging environment.
