Lead Salesforce Developer (SC Clearance required)
Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
Location: Remote
THE COMPANY
Empiric are working our global client to secure a Lead Salesforce Developer to Lead in a multi-cloud implementation on a SECRET level project for a government body.
THE ROLE
- Leading the Dev team, ensuring best practices and setting clear requirements and direction for the team
- Proven experience with Salesforce API's and lead migrations and integration's, from project design through to go live
- Lead on solving technically complex solutions in Salesforce
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Previous experience as a lead developer
- A strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box best practices and functionality
- Expert level knowledge of Apex, Salesforce architecture and APIs, but experience with other languages and platforms as well
- Salesforce Developer I certification
- A background and belief in Agile ways of working
