(SC Cleared Developer | Remote - occasional travel to London/Reading | INSIDE IR35 | 6 months
Jefferson Frank are currently supporting one of the largest IT and Business consulting services in the pursuit of an experienced (SC Cleared) Developer to work on a project for one of their end clients. You will work alongside fellow developers to develop the project solutions and conduct research into potential solution alternatives!
The role is mostly remote, with the requirement to travel to consultancy/client sites occasionally in London and Reading. Travel will be expensed.

MUST have an active Security Clearance - SC
Essential:
- University STEM degree or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to take ownership of delegated responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Commitment to quality, best practice and attention to detail
- Experience with one of the following languages and willingness to extend
- Go
- Python
Highly Desirable:
. Experience building unit and integration tests.
. Cloud development experience, within an event driven serverless architecture
. Understanding of the principles of software project life cycles Agile
. Able to write, review and assure technical documentation such as High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, user guides, release notes etc.
Desirable:
. Experience with on-prem micro services architecture.
. Experience developing hybrid AWS/on-prem solutions using Kubernetes, Vault and Kafka
. Experience of using Linux as a deployment platform.
