Working within the Voice Core programme within Voice Services, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with relevant experience to manage a seriesof change implementationswithin the area-specifically IMS Fixed voice project, which is the migration from the incumbent ex-VM Huawei IMS to the new standalone VMO2 Mavenir IMS
Ideally the person will be familiar with Core Voice technologies and have experience of working with VMO2.
Experience in delivery of projects involvingfixed and/or mobile solutions, legacyvoice (2G/3G) and/or IMS (4G) is desirable. The role holder will work under broad direction and be accountable for project delivery of agreed scope to time, cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Alignment with Project Manager-Management & scheduling of technical changes using Remedy
Escalation management via the Project Manager
Production of Implementation Plans for technical implementations
Implementation Plan walk throughs to align resources, implementation documents and any pre-requirements for deployment
Alignment with 3rd party vendors, and internal TUK teams
Facilitation of implementations
Status reports into Project Manager on progress: showing RAG, completed tasks, next planned activities
Performance review call hosting and reporting

Telecoms Network (fixed and/or mobile) or IT experience is a key advantage
Desirable: Knowledge of VMO2business processes and cross-functional working experience
