We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Cisco & Telecom Support Engineer to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

  • The Voice & Network Technician is responsible for supporting all Voice, Network and Audio Visual environments including Voice recording, automated fax solutions and telecoms circuits.
  • Cisco Devices - Hands on Experience and basic troubleshooting, Co-ordination and follow up's with vendors
  • Extension mapping for Variant call recording, Checking variant recording status
  • Experience in Networks - cabling, racking/stacking, troubleshooting any issues,
  • Ensure availability of Telecoms Services with resilience and contingency.
  • Health check monitoring on domestic/international lines, Understand the traffic, resolve any issues.
  • Co-ordination and Support for any projects delivered centrally;
  • To prioritise, schedule and manage Telecoms services.
  • Good understanding of ITIL process - Incident, Change and Configuration management. Resolving tickets
  • Maintains and support services to have system availability 24/7
