Role: VOICE Engineer
Duration: 6 months
Location: Bricklane - Hybrid working
IR35: Inside IR35

Qualifications
Technical qualifications for Voice switch Huawei IMS or Nokia IMS - OneNDS/GLS Subprov/TAS/AGCF/ENUM
Cloud certifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Cisco CCNP or higher and/or Technical Certifications for the relevant Voice fields
Specialist Knowledge
POTS - Standard analogue Voice Over copper. Requires knowledge of AGCF component and desirable MEGACO (H.248) protocols
SIP & IMS Registration and Call flows
Knowledgeable in voice protocols, including C7, SIP, TCP/IP, QoS and Diameter.
Knowledge of Nokia IMS platform and associated applications.
Knowledge of Huawei & Nokia Voice element manager systems
Industry Experience
Reactive fault team experience within a technology environment
Good verbal and listening communication skills is prerequisite to be able to document and hand over to others with necessary detail to ensure
Previous role in an operational team within a Telecoms/ISP environment.
Previous experience working on migrations from one vendor to another.
Technical Skills
Experience of CLI and terminal sessions
Pragmatic, logical approach to problem solving.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel.
Experience of Performance management tools such as Sev One or Infovista.
