Description
We are recruiting for a Desktop Support Technician for a leading Examination Board based in Manchester, this is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH.
Role:
This role will be to fulfil the duties of a Desktop Technician. You will be involved in the management and undertaking of Laptop build and provision. Following Desktop Team procedures including the Software and Hardware asset management procedures. You will help with the provision of IT Equipment for seasonal staff and the setup of Office space for seasonal staff. You will also need to help with the provision of Mobile devices (iPhones, iPads and std mobile phones)
Experience:
Experience of supporting a desktop computing environment
Laptop building using SCCM task sequences
Providing 2nd line service desk call resolution
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
