Description

Description:

The Clients Creator Partnerships team is seeking a talent engagement coordinator to develop successful partnerships, initiatives and programs with creators across EMEA. This role will be the pivotal connection point for many parts of Meta to work with Creators - and will be responsible for fielding requests from adjacent teams such as marketing, comms, policy and sales - as well as for our own partnerships initiatives.

By working closely with our partner managers, the coordinator will acquire a deep knowledge of the creators that we work with and be able to match-make the right partners to the right opportunities across the business, making timely recommendations that fit project briefs, budgets and objectives - whilst retaining a DEI lens on all that we do. Tracking and monitoring requests and offers will also be key as well as on occasion, supporting an event through execution to completion.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management and operations with a focus on working with top tier/emerging talent in the Creator industry. This person will partner closely with our Creator partner managers to ensure that all our initiatives with Creators are more strategic, equitable, and efficient.

The talent engagement coordinator will also be expected to play a key role in staying on top of new emerging talent across the region, spotting emerging trends and being our eyes and ears on the competitive landscape in EMEA.

This position will be part of the EMEA Creator Partnerships team, based in the UK

6. Understand and facilitate campaign development by vetting requirements and supporting the activations process including contracting and payments.

7. Drive cross-functional collaboration by receiving, processing, and communicating updates in a timely manner.

8. Develop and maintain templates, distribution lists, process documentation, and program trackers.
