I am working with a world-class IT digital transformation agency who work on some of the most exciting projects within the UK.
The clients Cloud Centre of Excellence team are running an Environment Provisioning project, to allow business users to raise self-serve requests for Cloud environments (notably GCP and Azure). They have recently provided 2 platform engineers in this area, and they now have an urgent requirement for a GitHub expert to assist with the project.
GitHub specialist (similar to Sys Admin) to support the development of standard repositories for the Environment Provisioning project. Will assist in setting up automation for standard GitHub repositories (using Terraform) that will be provided to business users under the self-service cloud environment request service. Will also oversee the move from GitHub Enterprise to GitHub EMU.
Remote working.
6 months contract with strong possibility for extensions.
