Description
We have a contract requirement for a senior Security & Risk consultant for a client in the south of Ireland. We're looking to speak to seasoned Security professionals ideally with at least 10 years security experience and in-depth knowledge across Security and Risk to work and support our client's Security team as they continue their journey to the Cloud. The successful candidate will work with colleagues and third-party providers to support and enhance the current Security Architecture designing solutions to support our client's growth moving forward while complying with regulatory requirements.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven Security experience in large cloud adoption projects/programmes in large scale/enterprise environments
- Strong Cloud Security experience, ideally with prior experience implementing NIST CSF in a regulated environment
- Experience implementing ISO 27001, with strong Risk Management and Compliance experience in a regulated environment
- Strong Security Operations experience, with prior experience implementing NIST 800-53 in conjunction with other security standards such as ISO 27001
- Strong Cyber Security Risk Assessment experience and in-depth knowledge on IEC 62443
- Experience of implementing/improving Security Systems in a regulated environment, with strong Compliance and Reporting experience
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise across Security Solution Design, Risk Management and Compliance
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture Team to deliver best in breed solutions, cloud environments and services.
- Expert Knowledge at the Enterprise level of all key areas of Information Security Technology and an ability to apply them appropriately, with professional certifications to back up career experience
- Strong Stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to clearly articulate the benefits to senior management of the actions proposed and the ROI of the proposed solutions
This is a 6-month initial contract, with excellent potential to extend as our client's programme will run for at least another 18 months, the working week is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days on site. The role is based in Ireland and is outside IR35
