Operations Engineer - Identity and Authentication
Here at Bridge IT we are partnered with a leading client is looking to recruit an experienced Engineer with demonstrable skills within the Identity and Authentication arena. You will have expertise in engineering and support within a Service and Operations environment with a deep understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud Identity and virtualisation - specifically AD, Azure and ideally CyberArk
Within this role, the Operations Engineer will:
Provide both BAU and Project Support
Take ownership of incidents and ensure stakeholders are kept updated
Provide advice and guidance
Document all work to required standards
Develop plans for installation and commissioning of hardware and software
Undertake problem analysis and mitigate risk
Technically, the Identity and Authentication Operations Engineer will possess the following:
Expertise in Endpoint Security
Cyberark/PAM
System Centre SCOM
Cloud Identity Azure
Active Directory/LDAP/OAUTH
VMWare
SAML/MFA/RBAC
Netscaler
