UNICA Support Lead - Freelance - India
Robson Bale are looking for an UNICA Support Level to come on board for an initial 6 month emote in India contract
6 month contract, market rate, remote in India
The ideal candidate will have:
- Monitoring Unica Environment
- Unica Administration
- Supporting Infrastructure and Service desk
- Maintenance and Enhancements of Unica Products
- Resolving tickets assigned to the client's Unica Prod Support
- Planning and communication of Outages
- Able to look at log files and identify errors and warnings
- Manage and support the delivery of the migration project
- Unica user management
- Investigation of Data extracts, Email, Automated process
- Working with end users and appropriate teams to triage tickets with HCL and resolve them
- Coordination with respective stakeholders for ticket resolution
- Partner with client for Critical/High Incidents to return service as quickly as possible by triaging the issue and engaging appropriate Team
- Product Testing after Upgrade/Patch
- Group Migrations and configuration changes
- Support implementation
- Testing of the monthly maintenance tickets on security patches and OS upgrades
