UNICA Support Lead - Freelance - India

Robson Bale are looking for an UNICA Support Level to come on board for an initial 6 month emote in India contract

6 month contract, market rate, remote in India

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Monitoring Unica Environment
  • Unica Administration
  • Supporting Infrastructure and Service desk
  • Maintenance and Enhancements of Unica Products
  • Resolving tickets assigned to the client's Unica Prod Support
  • Planning and communication of Outages
  • Able to look at log files and identify errors and warnings
  • Manage and support the delivery of the migration project
  • Unica user management
  • Investigation of Data extracts, Email, Automated process
  • Working with end users and appropriate teams to triage tickets with HCL and resolve them
  • Coordination with respective stakeholders for ticket resolution
  • Partner with client for Critical/High Incidents to return service as quickly as possible by triaging the issue and engaging appropriate Team
  • Product Testing after Upgrade/Patch
  • Group Migrations and configuration changes
  • Support implementation
  • Testing of the monthly maintenance tickets on security patches and OS upgrades
