We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who requires a RPA Support Analyst for one of their banking sector clients based in London.
*IR35 Status- Inside IR35
Job Description:
To be an integral part of a small technical team that is responsible for the on-going support for several global applications within the Corporate Governance & Secretariat Global Function.
The applications are primarily 3rd party vendor applications supporting the suite of services provided to Directors and Executives across Group.
Job Description:
Assist the team in the delivery of various changes including server acquisition, software installation, patch releases and upgrades.
Assist in the support of production services including fixes, query resolution, etc. This may involve discussions with Directors or Executives from across the Group.
Build strong relationship with vendors, business teams and various other IT teams as required
Build a good working relationship with the extended Business Support team
Assist with the analysis and documentation of new requirements, changes, and fault fixes - including route cause analysis.
Must Have:
Working knowledge of automation systems (eg Appian, RPA Robotics, Tosca, etc.).
Special Requirements:
Analysis skills with experience of the project life cycle
Planning/Organizational skills
Strong communication skills, which may include communicating with Directors or Executives from across the Group.
Experience of problem solving
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within limited timescales
Good team player who is flexible, enthusiastic and has a can do' attitude to work
Motivated and adaptable to change.
Nice to have: familiar with Apple technology and mobile device management
