The Role
Working as part of one of Mozaic's client teams, you will be joining the Knowledge Team on an interim basis as an Intranet subject matter expert as they begin work on a project to upgrade their global Intranet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of the firm's international Intranet and UK knowledge management system
- Shaping and implement Intranet content, working closely with lawyers and business services teams to present content on current and emerging hot topics
- Subject matter expertise and input to support the migration of the Intranet to a new SharePoint instance
- Line management responsibility for a small team
Intranet and Knowledge Systems
- The role holds responsibility in the UK for the management, development, and promotion of the firm's knowledge systems, in particular the UK Intranet
- Provide support and expertise in the maintenance and development of the Knowledge Management System (which is held in SharePoint), working collaboratively with the content owners and document specialists and advise on related governance and procedures
- Leverage Intranet analytics capabilities to provide insights to develop the platform and improve user experience and content engagement
- Work with Marketing and Communications (the news content owners) to facilitate the delivery of local and global news on the Intranet home page and drive engagement with content
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
- Expertise in SharePoint essential
- 5+ years' experience working on/managing a global Intranet
- Work experience within a legal/professional services firm preferred
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
