Working within the Voice Core programme within Voice Services, we are looking for an experienced DeliveryManager with relevant experience to manage a seriesof change implementationswithin the area-specifically IMS Fixed voice project, which is the migration from the incumbent ex-VM Huawei IMS to the new standalone VMO2 Mavenir IMSIdeally the person will be familiar with Core Voicetechnologies and have experience of working with VMO2.Experience in delivery of projects involvingfixed and/or mobile solutions, legacyvoice (2G/3G) and/or IMS (4G) is desirable. The role holder will work under broad direction and be accountable for project delivery of agreed scope to time, cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alignment with Project Manager-Management & scheduling of technical changes using Remedy
- Escalation management via the Project Manager
- Production of Implementation Plans for technical implementations
- Implementation Plan walk throughs to align resources, implementation documents and any pre-requirements for deployment
- Alignment with 3rd party vendors, and internal TUK teams
- Facilitation of implementations
- Status reports into Project Manager on progress: showing RAG, completed tasks, next planned activities
- Performance review call hosting and reporting

- Desirable: Knowledge of VMO2business processes and cross-functional working experience
