Chinese Mandarin Speaking Assistant Network Design Engineer

Full-time onsite, ongoing contract

You will be responsible for supporting pre-sales BOQ work, Pre-PO work, PO work and PO change work, bidding work.
Responsibilities:
- Pre sales bidding work, pre-sales solution support to rep. office in WEU region.
- Prepare the product BOQ (bill of quantities) BOM (bill of materials) for Customer Pre-PO, PO and PO change.
- All Pre-PO, PO, PO change, contract and contract changing correlative BOQ. PO BOQ and configuration. PO change and other review process. Follow up the contract change internal process.
- According to the sales BOM, survey data, planning data, make the delivery BOQ. Align with the DU (delivery unit).
- Learn the company internal LTC process, can handle the process independently.
- RAN, Fixed network or Service solution, working for one of these three solution.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Science or Engineering background.
- Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel (lookup functions, pivots), PowerPoint, Outlook
- Willing to spend time and put effort for self-success.
- One of the following work experience is preferred:
- Familiar with network product or one of network product (ACCESS NETWORK, DATACOM, TRANSMISSION, MICROWAVE)
- Familiar with wireless product and solution or one of wireless product (WIRELESS NETWORK, RAN NETWORK, 3G/4G, PS NETWORK)
- Familiar with service solution and telecom engineering work, network roll out, network integration or one of them.
