we require 1st line specialist individual who is able to come on-site 5 days a week Monday to Friday, the role is available immediately the right individual will have first-line support with experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities:
You will:
*Be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of IT support with a strong emphasis on customer service.
*It's essential that the individual has experience in one of; Microsoft365/Azure/Intune as well as a good working knowledge of Windows 10 in an enterprise environment
*Manage allocated Incidents and Service Requests through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring that all reported incidents and requests are resolved within SLA targets
*Provide 1st line & 2nd line support for all IT Services
*Ensure the asset inventory is maintained
*Support Problem investigations
*Communicate effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders
*Proactively suggest and deliver improvements to administration and coordination of activity relating to team processes and objectives
*Actively contribute to the expansion of the IT knowledge database
