Description
An urgent requirement has arisen for a NPPV3 and SC cleared Team Leader to head up a team for a large scale deployment project on an initial 12 month contract working remotely.
Main Responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate the duties of the Deployment Team and play an active role in the monitoring, reporting, and reviewing of the quality of and satisfaction with the Services provided.
- Windows 10 support
- Laptop imaging
- ServiceNow experience
- General 1st/2nd line support
- Assisting users over the phone with any on site issues.
- All candidates must have current SC/NPPV3 clearance.
