Service Desk Analyst
Central Birmingham - 5 days onsite near New Street/Mailbox.
6 month contract, inside IR35
Working for one of the largest providers of business software in the UK. Advantage Resourcing are recruiting or multiple Service Desk Analysts on an initial 6 month contract.
These roles are based in central Birmingham on a busy service desk support a major client and you will be required to work onsite 5 days per week.
This is a busy account whereby you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and undertaking any relevant issue investigation ensuring all key information is accurately captured to high quality standards.
Job Description
- As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and undertaking any relevant issue investigation ensuring all key information is accurately captured
- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction is met at all customer touch points
- Perform and undertake all aspects of support service (telephone calls, web incidents, voicemails, call backs, e-mails etc.) to ensure the successful resolution of issues, providing workarounds when appropriate
Skills & Experience
- Previous busy Service Desk experience: Windows Server, Active Directory, Networks, Laptop support, 1st Line, excellent customer service skills.
- You have high standards and ensures that activities are driven to completion
- You are a team player and enjoy helping others
- You are proactive and can prioritise tasks effectively
- Use of ServiceNow would be highly advantageous
