The Agile Transformation Tribe supports the IT organization to adopt the Agile Operating Model and continuously improve the ways-of-working and the model itself. Agile, DevOps and LEAN are key elements in this model.
As enabling function IT supports with process and system improvements to make IT more cost effective.
Together we can…
• The Agile-DevOps-Lean Coach is the ambassador for the Agile Operating Model and coaches Tribes & Squads become and remain high performing Agile DevOps teams
• Definition, documentation and deployment of the Agile Operating Model, including it's translation to the everyday practice.
• Keeping the Agile Process Framework and the Agile Playbook up to date.
• Definition and implementation of learning pathways in the fields of Agile, DevOps, LEAN and our own process framework.
• Provide guidance for Tribes and Squads: making flaws in processes a point of discussion and adjusting processes and/or methods where necessary, identifying opportunities for further improvement, creating, and implementing support
• Knowledge sharing throughout the organization: best practices and lessons learned
• Supporting Tribes, Squads and individuals with continuous improvement initiatives with the LEAN principles and methods as a starting point
• Proactive coaching of the Tribes and Squads.
• Living the Lean, Agile, DevOps mindset.
