Your Skills
- IT Consultant
- Support of the subproject "XYZ" within the project "MORE" as IT representative
- IT representative for above main processes within the global S/4HANA template rollout for various European locations (deployment team);
- SAP module expertise, customizing, functional and technical specs etc.
- Proactive preparation, execution and follow-up of functional workshops in lead function, especially fit/gap analyses within the rollout.
- Determination of required local GAPs in cooperation with the customer team
- Derivation of the target process design based on SAP S/4HANA for identified and approved GAPs
- Support of the realization and testing from an IT perspective
- Status reporting and reporting to the project management
- Creation of project deliverables for the "XYZ" deployment team:
- Process specifications
- Adaptation of process models in the context of the rollout
- Creation of SAP S/4HANA system examples in BearingPoint or customer system
- Creation of user stories
- Target process design
- Gap description / solution design
- Support of functional and technical specifications
- Test + test documentation
- Proactive collaboration on cross-project topics
Your Tasks
- Business Consultant
- Support of the subproject "XYZ" within the project "MORE" as representative of the business department
- Business representative for above main processes within the global S/4HANA template rollout for various European locations (deployment team);
- Proactive preparation, execution and follow-up of functional workshops in lead function, especially fit/gap analyses in the context of the rollout
- Identification of required local GAPs in cooperation with the customer team and IT
- Derivation of the target process design based on SAP S/4HANA for identified and approved gaps
- Monitoring of implementation and testing from a business perspective
- Status reporting and reporting to the project management
- Creation of project deliverables for the "XYZ" deployment team:
- Process specifications
- Adaptation of process models in the context of the rollout
- Creation of user stories
- Target process design
- Gap description
- Support of functional specifications
- Test + test documentation
- Proactive collaboration on cross-project topics
