Flint is currently looking for an Interim Leader CX EMEA Security CoE for a long-term contract with one of our clients in the UK.

The client's Customer Experience Technology Practice specializes in crafting Security solutions to solve complex business problems. The team develops and executes multi-dimensional Security strategies. This includes in-depth analysis of Security as a standalone entity, but also as an integrated element across the IT architecture landscape. We believe that Security is a foundational component of Network and Cloud architecture. Our life cycle approach also caters for operational solutions, including automation, SOC, Compliance and SecOps domains.

Members of the Practice team have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong experience of leading high-impact Security consulting engagements and developing senior customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead (Interim) a new EMEA CX Security CoE team
  • Support recruitment of EMEA CX Security lead
  • Interim Lead the EMEA CX Security Customer Experience business focusing on the Customer Lifecycle.
  • Take responsibility for developing and executing the CX Security strategy.
  • The number one priority for this role is to grow the CX Security business through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing programs and subscription renewals.
  • You will lead a team of senior Security consultants, architects and engineers and work collaboratively with other CX Architecture leaders to design multi domain IT solutions.
  • The role supports the Theatre Delivery teams in skills augmentation and enablement.

Who You'll Work With

The CX Security Leader must have a grasp of strategic business challenges and a high level of comfort working with all customer sizes, partners, internal teams and executive leadership.

You will partner with Sales, CX Product Management, CX Theatres and the Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO).

You understand the constantly evolving security marketplace and have the ability to develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy. You can inspire and create excitement within the sales team. You must possess the highest level of integrity and be able to establish trust and confidence in our employees, partners and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires an extensive background in Security consulting, real-world experience selling and delivering Security services and a passion for customer success. The ideal candidate has networking or security industry experience, is adept at enabling and maturing managers and has a passion for succeeding as a team. The Security Lead is comfortable working in a multi-functional team environment that can be global in reach. The ideal candidate leads by example, develops from within, supporting the team to evolve.

  • Bachelor's degree with Master's degree or other further education completed.
  • Minimum of 15 years of consulting customer facing experiences and 7 years management experience of 8+ resources.
  • Knowledge of inter-networking technologies, security solutions and the competitive marketplace.
  • A demonstrable record of mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strategic focus and the ability to manage resources of diverse skills to achieve a common goal
  • Prior experience in designing, deploying or managing large-scale (or competitive marketplace) solutions is a plus.
