This is the opportunity to work for a market leading, internationally recognised, Aerospace, AI and digital service company in the Defence sector as a 2nd/3rd line support Analyst. The employer has several sites across the country conducting various projects with limitless opportunity to work alongside the pinnacle of colleagues in a six-month contract with the opportunity to extend.

Delivery of the core IT services to the client across the three core sites and beyond. This includes maintenance of IT infrastructure, technical support, and management for any project related work within a managed service environment. Where required Sopra Steria also provide support to complex and bespoke technical applications. Where required support for 1st line Service Desk.

  • Maintain high level of communication with the users throughout the business by open communication.
  • Build, configure and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems to corporate specifications.
  • Respond to incident requests, internal works orders and other queries assigned via the Service Management tool.
  • Resolve daily issues that impact the sites, teams, and users.
