Oracle EPM Specialist

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Oracle EPM Specialist on a remote basis for an initial 3 month contract.


We are looking for a Oracle EPM Specialist to join an established team of Support Consultants who provide support and enhancement services to Oracle clients in the UK and overseas. This is required to support the growth of Application Management Services (AMS) within Operate.

Skills and Experience:
- Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS)
- Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS)
- Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS)
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Oracle Essbase OLAP databases
- Worked in a managed services provider environment using ITIL best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and client facing skills
- A proven track record of being proactive, driving initiatives and talking personal ownership of their client challenges and opportunities

- Working alongside the Service Delivery Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum return on investment for the services delivered to our clients
- You will act as the client subject matter expert for Enterprise Performance Management including the assessment of software vendor releases
- Build and develop relationships with key client stakeholders eg global process owners and superusers
- Provide guidance for EPM to the service delivery teams
- Perform quality reviews of work undertaken by the service delivery teams
- Drive problem management to reduce recurring Incidents
- Identify candidates and perform scoping for system improvements
- Attendance at any client CAB meetings
