Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Data Quality Officer initially 3 months working remotely.

Job Purpose

The Eclipse Justice System (EJS) phase of the Social Work Client Index Upgrade Project has reached a critical stage, data migration.

This temporary post for an initial three-month period is to help check data records held in Care First system is matching data migrating to the new Eclipse system. Highlighting and escalating issues that arise to the Workstream lead.

Key Skills and experience

  • Experience working with a social work case management system, preferably CareFirst.
  • Experience working in project teams, particularly on software implementation projects.
  • Experience in data migration, user acceptance testing and defect management.
  • Experience of establishing systems to gather and analyse information to ensure work remains focused and customer orientated
  • Experience of partnership and collaborative working, understanding of social work and health and social care partnerships practices
  • Experience of developing good customer relations
  • Ability to work collaboratively between IT and Justice service colleagues
