2nd line Support Analyst

Looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst on an initial 4 month contract. The candidate will need to have a driving license and be willing to drive to cover any of our sites across Scotland, with on site user support a key part of the job. Importantly, they can be based at either our Office in Newbridge or Dundee, and expected to cover support in our and around both these areas.

  • Desktop Support (Software & Hardware)
  • End User Device Builds
  • Windows 10/Microsoft Office Admin
  • SCCM Image Builds & Software Deployment
  • Support Incident Management
  • Ad-Hoc project work
  • Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory Administration
  • iOS iPad MDM via In-Tune
  • Anti-Virus Technologies

The environment is fast paced, and challenging, so will require some of the following characteristics too:

  • Experience working within a team
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites across the East of Scotland, and beyond in some occasions
