Infosight Consulting is looking for Design Engineerfor one of the challenging and exciting projects.

Role: Design Engineer

Location: Derby, UK

Contract Position

Infosight is looking for Design Engineer:

  • Define the Test platform architecture required for validation needs
  • To coordinate the development and validation of Train Electrical schematic models, Train subsystem models etc.
  • To prepare Train-Lab configuration with Hardware in Loop (HIL), Software in Loop (SwIL) or Model in Loop (MIL) approach
  • To Validate Train-Lab configuration - using inputs at System/Sub-System level, ICDs and Architecture.
  • To coordinate Hardware development of Test platforms - Integration and Network Configuration.
  • To coordinate the Implementation of Automation Tools with C#, IBM ELM etc.
  • To implement Configuration Management and documentation management,
  • To prepare planning documentation and manage projects
  • To log defect and provide defect analysis
  • Support Traceability reports
