User Assistance Technical Support Research Communication Directory Service Problem Solving


An urgent requirement has arisen for a team of 3 Service desk analysts to assist with an initial 10 week contract based in the York area looking to start ASAP. The successful candidates will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line technical support over the phone, via email and with remote log on.

Main responsibilities and skills required:

  • 1st/2nd line support experience
  • IT service desk experience
  • Provide technical support to users over the phone.
  • Resolve incidents efficiently through investigation and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills
  • Active Directory experience (password resets etc)
