SERVICE REQUIREMENT
Description of Requirement:
We are wanting an experienced Cloudera Administrator with experience in CDSW. In addition, it would be of benefit if the person had experience of Kerberos being used and also any knowledge/experience of exposure to migration of CDH to CDP.
The candidate needs to be skilled in the above areas to help support the client Cloudera platform and drive forward service improvement work at a technical level.
TYPICAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
As stated above, we are looking for an experienced Cloudera Administrator to assist in supporting our platform and provide technical work to give service improvements. In addition, we anticipate some knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior member of the team.
Relevant Skills and Experience: maximum 6
Desirable or Essential
Excellent Cloudera Administration at version 6.3 and above Essential
Knowledge of CDSW and its administration Essential
Linux Administration Essential
Knowledge transfer to junior members of the team Highly Desirable
Knowledge of using Spark and Kerberos in a Cloudera environment

Knowledge of migrations or upgrades of CDH to CDP.
