Field IT Support Engineer - Bristol/Swindon - 1 month Rolling - Inside IR35

Lucid are proud to be working with a well established MSP partner on a new Field IT Support Analyst opportunity, this would be on a 1 month rolling basis to support the overstretched field team in this location.

Required Experience

  • Basic deskside support ( hardware changes, projector bulbs etc).
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365
  • Potentially some light Server Side work (password resets, DNS, DHCP and WiFi issues etc)
  • Car, due to the geographical distance between the schools which compose the trust 50 mile radius approx
  • Customer service skills, (these are critical such as a professional manner, approachable, can take a joke!
  • Ideally with some school support history (either primary or secondary) or wider educations sector

For this opportunity we can also offer Mileage at 0.40p per mile. Own vehicle would be required.

Enhanced DBS Certificate is a minimum requirement for this role, please only apply if you have an active eDBS Certificate.
