My client, an end user, is looking for a Business Change & Comms Analyst with experience in Cyber ITSM to join the IT security team.
The ideal candidate will come from Business Change & Comms Analyst background with Cyber ITSM experience.
The processes have been written for Cyber but no adoption, the successful candidate will have below experience.
- Business Change & Comms Analyst by trade and background
- Cyber ITSM Business Change and Comms experience is a MUST
- Experience in business processes change and embed the change

- Information security and protection policy
- Cyber standard: 27002
- Privacy policies
- Information security procedure
- User based guides (password reset)
- Business continuity
- Data protection
- Embedding new cyber processes in the IT teams
