Our client, a market leading multi-national technology company are looking for a Netcool technical specialist, to join them in their offices in Canary Wharf, London. The assignment is initially a 6-month contract and can offer a competitive daily rate in the region of £500.00 - £600.00.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting time as we support large scale client transformation across a wide range of technologies. In this crucial role as Netcool technical specialist, you'll work with our client's team supporting one of their largest clients globally.
What you will need:
- Expert around Tivoli Netcool Product Suite including Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Netcool WebTop
- Installation and management of IBM Tivoli Monitoring components
- Installation and management of Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact
- Writing of Netcool Omnibus rules file
- Creating and managing Netcool Omnibus triggers, Impact policies to ensure Event integration with Ticketing application
- Configuration of Common Event Console
- Able to work within a production support environment performing L3 support activities.
