Rate: £400 - £480 Outside IR35

The role
Lead Service Relationship manager leads engagement with senior leaders, IT managers, delivery leads and external stakeholders to ensure their complex needs are understood, prioritised and incorporated into directorate plans
Skills Needed
- SC Clearance or the ability to undergo clearance
- Agile Methodologies Foundation, BCS Agile Foundation Certificate or equivalent accreditation or relevant job experience.
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Customer Service Support
